How long will my carpets take to dry?

Your carpets will typically be dry within 3 hours. Our professional-grade extraction equipment removes most of the moisture during cleaning. Factors like room temperature, humidity, and airflow can affect drying time — opening windows helps speed things up.

What cleaning method do you use?

We use a thorough seven-step steam cleaning process. This includes inspection, vacuuming, pre-treatment of stains, hot water extraction deep into the fibres, and a final grooming. Our method is completely safe for children and pets.

Do you move furniture?

Yes, we're happy to move light furniture like side tables, coffee tables, and dining chairs. For larger items like beds, heavy wardrobes, or large sofas, we kindly ask that you move these beforehand so we can work efficiently.

How long does the cleaning take?

Most jobs take between 1 to 3 hours depending on the size of the area and level of soiling. We never rush — every carpet gets the attention it needs. We'll give you a time estimate when we provide your quote.
